Watermelon Granita



4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 cup Splenda
Fresh lime juice from a whole lime


Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Pour into a 9x9x2" metal or glass baking pan. Freeze mixture for 1 hour.  Take mixture out and stir mashing any frozen parts with the back of a fork.  Scrape granita vigorously to form icy flakes and freeze mixture until firm, about 2 hours.
